British actors Tom Hardy, Keira Knightley and Emma Thompson will receive the Queen's Birthday Honours for 2018.
The list, published by Britain's Cabinet Office, also includes Nobel Prize-winning author Kazio Ishiguro.
The awards will be given out by Queen Elizabeth II or a senior royal acting in her place during investitures at Buckingham Palace.
Thompson, 59, the star of films such as Howards End, Sense and Sensibility and Love Actually, has been awarded a damehood, known as a dame commander of the order of the British Empire, for her services in the field of drama.
Hardy, 40, whose film credits includes Dunkirk, Mad Max and The Dark Knight Rises, has been awarded a CBE or the commander of the order of the British Empire.
Knightley, who is best known for the Pirates of the Caribbean series, has been handed an OBE or officer of the order of the British Empire.
Ishiguro, who was born in Japan, has been honoured with a knighthood for his services to literature. He is best known for novels such as Never Let Me Go, The Remains of the Day and The Unconsoled.
Other notable honourees include prominent jazz musician Julian Joseph, Winter Olympian gold medalist Lizzie Yarnold, television presenter and author Bamber Gascoigne, Stacey Dooley, host of a number of BBC Three documentaries including Child Labour, Carry On actress Fenella Fielding, Suffragette and The Hour writer Abi Morgan and Danger Mouse creator Brian Cosgrove.
The awards recognise the achievements of a wide range of extraordinary people across the United Kingdom and are the most high-profile awards made by the British monarch.
