Varun Dhawan’s fans know about his love for his pet dog Joey. The 37-year-old, on Tuesday, shared glimpses of Joey with his fans in an Instagram Reel. The video features Varun bonding with Joey as they spend quality time together. Sharing the video, the actor wrote, “Do you dance with your dog like this.” In the video, the Beagle is seen giving sloppy kisses to Varun, as the latter plays with him.

Earlier this year, Varun Dhawan and his fashion designer wife Natasha Dalal took the internet by storm after they announced that they are expecting their first child. Taking to his Instagram handle, Varun Dhawan shared an aesthetic monochrome picture clicked in their living room. It featured Varun Dhawan kneeling down, planting a kiss on Natasha Dalal’s baby bump. The actor also held her hands. The photo also featured their pet pooch Joey comfortably seated on the sofa, with his eyes fixated at the camera. Varun captioned the post, “We are pregnant ✨ Need all your blessings and love ❤️ #myfamilymystrength.”
On the work front, Varun was last seen in the 2023 film Bawaal, alongside Janhvi Kapoor, which explored the struggles of a married couple. Up next, he’s set to star in Kalees’ Baby John, a Hindi remake of Atlee’s 2016 film Theri, featuring Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi.
Talking about the film with Pinkvilla, Varun Dhwan said, “All I can say is it’s a mass-action entertainer. There is a lot of entertainment in the film, which I love as well. And I’m just going to give it my all.”
Dhawan is also part of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, directed by Shashank Khaitan, with Janhvi and Sanya Malhotra. Moreover, Varun will debut in the web series Citadel: Honey Bunny, directed by Raj & DK, on Prime Video, co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
