Varun Tej and Manushi Chillar starrer Sony Pictures International Productions’ Operation Valentine will be launching its much-awaited trailer tomorrow. The Telugu trailer will be launched by Global star Ram Charan and Hindi trailer will be launched digitally by Salman Khan. Touted to be a patriotic-thriller with never-seen-before aerial action sequences, the film has been the talk of the town especially after the launch of its ‘first strike’ AKA the teaser.
Recently, the film team paid a visit to the Pulwama memorial in Jammu and Kashmir as a mark of respect towards the valiant Indian soldiers who had showed exceptional bravery and sacrifice. They visited the site on February 14, which marks the 5th anniversary of one of the deadliest terror attacks witnessed by India. The team honoured these heroic figures and commemorated their contributions towards safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty. Varun and Manushi paid their tribute to the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice to safeguard the nation. Their visit to the memorial site is a gesture of respect and gratitude towards the brave Indian soldiers and senior CRPF officials.
The film is produced by Sony Pictures International Productions, Sandeep Mudda’s Renaissance Pictures and co-produced by God Bless Entertainment (Vakil Khan) and Nandakumar Abbineni. Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, an ad-film maker and VFX expert, will be marking his directorial debut with this film. Written by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, Aamir Khan and Siddharth Raj Kumar, the film will be released on 1st March 2024 in Telugu and Hindi. Inspired by true events, it is a patriotic, edge-of-the-seat entertainer starring Varun Tej as Arjun Dev and Manushi Chhillar essaying the role of a radar officer.
The film marks Varun Tej’s debut in the Hindi film industry, while former Miss World Manushi’s South Indian film industry debut. She was last seen in The Great Indian Family.
