Recently, Deepika graced Shah Rukh Khan’s show ‘Baatein With The Badshaah.’ On the show, SRK played a video starring Ranveer wherein the actor was seen grooving to the tunes of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Esa Laga. Ranveer also shared an adorable message for his lady love saying, "You bring light into my life. I pray to god that this light remains in your life too. There’s nobody like you. God bless you. During an interview with Filmfare, when Deepika was asked what's the best thing in Ranveer's company, she had said, "When we're with each other, we don't need anything or anyone else. We're comfortable in each other's presence. Sometimes it's intelligent conversation, sometimes just silence, sometimes there's a childlike innocence. We keep each other grounded. We are good in that sense."
The two actors are currently facing a tough time over the Padmavati row. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, this marks their third film together, however, not as an onscreen couple. Several Rajput fringe outfits have accused Bhansali of distorting historical facts and have seek a ban on the film.
