he star family of Bollywood comprising Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor has recently sold four separate flats for over Rs 12 crores as ascertained by Zapkey.com in documents accessed by the portal. The registry for the same was done on November 2, 2023.
Going by the documents, two flats that were situated in Andheri West, Mumbai were sold for Rs 6.02 crores to Siddharth Narayan and Anju Narayan. Spread in the area of 1870.57 sq ft, the flats that are built on the first floor of Lokhandwala Complex has one open car parking.
Meanwhile, in a seperate deal, Boney Kapoor’s family sold two other apartments in the same complex to Muskan Bahirwani and Lalit Bahirwani for a whopping price of Rs 6 crores. The agreement was done on October 12, 2023 and it spans across 1614.59 sq ft with two open car parkings.
As for the current residence of Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Boney Kapoor, the trio had purchased a swanky duplex of
6421 sq ft in Bandra West area in 2022. It came at a cost of ₹65 crore and has five car parkings.
On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will soon be making her Telugu debut with the film Devara. was last seen in Bawaal, alongside Varun Dhawan. She is known for her roles in films like Roohi, Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Ghost Stories, and GoodLuck Jerry. Her upcoming projects include Dostana 2 and Mr And Mrs Mahi. Janhvi made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak, co-starring Ishaan Khatter.
Khushi Kapoor also made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies alongside Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda. The actress essayed the iconic character Betty Cooper and her performance was praised by several celebs including Arjun Kapoor.
Boney Kapoor also made his acting debut with Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar starring Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia among others. The film emerged as a box office blockbuster.
