The popular reality television show Bigg Boss began premiering its new season on October 15 with Salman Khan returning as the host. As Bigg Boss 17 heats up with its drama and fights, choreographer and director Farah Khan held a reunion with some of the contestants of Bigg Boss 16. She recently shared a photo of her brother Sajid Khan having dinner with some of his friends from the last season of the reality show.
Farah took to Instagram on Saturday night to share the photo captioned, “Mandli Reunion!! It’s been a year n still best of friends! N I’m Lovinggggg the inside stories even till now♥️ #biigboss16 #mandli .. @aslisajidkhan @m___c___stan @shivthakare9 @nimritahluwalia @sumbul_touqeer @abdu_rozik u were so missed ♥️ there will never b a bunch like this.”

In the photo, her brother Sajid Khan was seen at the dinner table with Shiv Thakare, Sumbul Touqeer, Nimrit Ahluwalia and MC Stan. Sajid was a contestant on Bigg Boss 17 and his camaraderie with these former constants was greatly appreciated by the fans. However, Abdu Rozik couldn’t make it to the lavish dinner.
The reunion photo was a happy surprise for fans who took to the comments section to express their appreciation. One person wrote, “Irreplaceable season .” Another added, “Mandali ki jaan Shiv❤️.” One person wrote, “Awwww so nice to see this old gang!!.” One fan commented, “Mandli rocks .”
Meanwhile, Shiv Thakare, who appeared in the last season of Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi, will now be seen in the latest season of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa. While Sumbul was earlier rumoured to be participating in the show as well, new reports claim that she is involved in the show.
As for Bigg Boss, the 17th season features some familiar faces from the television industry. Actresses Ankita Lokhande and Aishwarya Sharma are in the house with their husbands Vikas Jain and Neil Bhatt respectively. Actress Mannara Chopra, cousin of Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra is also in the show. Other names include Munawar Faruqui and Isha Malviya among others.
