Fukrey 3 Box Office Day 1: Pankaj Tripathi Film Gets Bumper Opening, Earns Rs 8.5 Crore

Fukrey 3 Box Office Collection Day 1: Fukrey 3, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha and Manjot Singh, is off to a flying start at the box office. The film, directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, received decent reviews upon its release on September 28.

According to Sacnilk.com, Fukrey 3 has earned over Rs 8.5 crore net on its day 1 in India. The film reportedly had an overall 22.12 percent Hindi Occupancy on Thursday, September 28, 2023.

The film trade experts also praised director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba for putting together an entertaining watch. Taran Adarsh also predicted that the film would work wonders at the box office.

Fukrey 3 is written by Vipul Vig and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar for Excel Entertainment. The film was initially supposed to hit theatres on September 7 alongside Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. However, earlier this month makers postponed the movie and shifted the release to September 28.

News18 Showsha’s review of Fukrey 3 reads: “Eliminate Choocha from Fukrey Returns and there’s little going for the film. Varun Sharma as the fumbling-bumbling Choocha is once again on his toes and pretty much holding the picture together. He is invested with the responsibility of carrying the story forward. Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat and Manojt Singh also deliver a decent performance. Pankaj Tripathi as usual is excellent. His wit and comic timing are on point as he manages to make you giggle even when you find yourself disappointed by the plot.”
