The much awaited moment is finally here as Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ has made its grand debut in theaters. On September 7, the film graced the silver screen and it attracted massive crowds as eager moviegoers rushed to catch the 6 a.m. screenings. The love that the movie is receiving is proof of SRK’s fan following. It remains unparalleled. Now, as many enjoy the presence of King Khan on the big screen, and there is celebration across the country, Shah Rukh Khan has expressed his gratitude.
Taking to his X(formerly Twitter) handle, Shah Rukh Khan reposted videos of various fan clubs treating Jawan’s release as a once-in-a-blue-moon- festival. Not only that, SRK was filled with gratitude as he responded to some of them. For his Mumbai fans, Shah Rukh Khan wrote, “Thank u Mumbai boys and girls for the love the dancing and shouting. So happy I could entertain u. Be healthy.” For fans in Rajasthan, SRK penned, “Khamma Ghani Rajasthan. Thank u for all the madness. Love u very much. Be happy and safe.” He praised the movie-goers of Bangalore for their dancing skills and unmatched energy, “Thank u so much Bangalore. What energy you all danced with….way better than me. Love u please be safe and healthy always.”

Yesterday, on September 7, the film graced the silver screen, drawing massive crowds and sparking jubilant celebrations as eager moviegoers rushed to catch the crack-of-dawn 6 a.m. screenings. Yes, you read that correctly. Social media is currently ablaze with videos showcasing exuberant gatherings outside cinema halls, as enthusiastic fans gather for the very first show of the day, overflowing with anticipation. And guess what? It gets even better. Reports are flooding in about police officers being dispatched to multiple theatres to manage the colossal SRK fanbase, which has gone absolutely bonkers with joy over the release of their beloved star’s movie.
Jawan has already created a history at the box office as the film has sold more than one million tickets in India. If advance sales are anything to go by, Jawan has earned over Rs 37 crores gross globally. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu sent his best wishes to SRK for the release of Jawan and said that he’d be watching the movie in a theatre with his family. Jawan is likely to feature special cameos by South superstars Thalapathy Vijay and Allu Arjun of Pushpa fame.
