Katrina Kaif on Tuesday took the internet on fire after she shared her first look from Tiger 3. In no time, it went viral and fans were seen showering praise on her. Celebrities like Zoya Akhtar and others also reacted to the poster. Karan Johar even took to the comment section and praised Katrina’s tough look. His reaction came days after he preponed the release date of Yodha. To note, Katrina’s Merry Christmas and Yodha are clashing on the same date.
Karan reacted, “Kat” followed with heart emojis. Katrina shared the poster and wrote, “Fighting fire with fire, that’s Zoya…..#Tiger3Trailer arriving on 16th October. #Tiger3 in cinemas this Diwali. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu. @beingsalmankhan | #ManeeshSharma | @yrf | #YRF50 | #YRFSpyUniverse.” In the poster, Katrina who reprises her character Zoya looked all things intense sporting an all leather suit with black boots. With a single pony tail, she held a gun on one hand a rope in the other, and looked all set as a fighter.

Coming to Yodha and Merry Christmas clash, both films will be releasing on December 8. First Merry Christmas makers changed the release date and then in few hours Karan Johar announced new date of Yodha. Earlier this year, Karan Johar was upset with Katrina Kaif-Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas clashing with Sidharth Malhotra’s Yodha. He penned a cryptic note expressing his displeasure of films announcing a clashing release date without informing in advance. “Clashing on a date without the courtesy of a phone call is hopefully not the way forward for the studios and producers… If we don’t stand united in these tough and challenging theatrical days then calling us a fraternity is futile,” Karan Johar wrote.
Tiger 3 marks the third film in Yash Raj Films’ OG spy franchise. The film is directed by Maneesh Sharma and it is reported that Aditya Chopra has penned the story. Yodha stars Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna in lead roles.
