MG Motor India marked a sales growth of 25 percent from 4,013 units in July 2022 to 5,012 units in July 2023.
MG Motor India on Tuesday said its retail sales grew 25 percent to 5,012 units in July. The company had sold 4,013 units in July 2022.
“Retail sales were impacted due to severe weather and floods witnessed in major parts of the country recently,” MG Motor India said in a statement.
MG currently offers two electric cars in the Indian market namely MG Comet and MG ZS EV. The other cars from the British manufacturer are Astor, Hector and Gloster.
MG Motor India has not launched any hatchback or sedan in the Indian market yet. However, the company showcased the MG4 and MG5 at the Auto Expo 2023.
