National Health Mission (NHM), Haryana released the admit card for the post of mid-level health providers-cum-community health officer (CHO). Those candidates who have registered to appear for the NHM CHO 2021 exam can download the admit card from the official website, www.nhmharyana.gov.in. The exam is being conducted to fill in 671 vacancies for the post. NHM Haryana CHO 2021 exam will be held in a single shift from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on March 7.
All those candidates who clear the written exam will be called for a counselling and document verification process. Details regarding the date of counselling will soon be released on the official website. To download the NHM CHO admit card, candidates need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to any internet browser of your choice and visit the official National Health Mission, Haryana’s official website www.nhmharyana.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage you will see a notification/ hyperlink regarding the admit card. Click on it
Step 3: In a new window you will be asked to enter your login details. Once done hit the submit button.
Step 4: Your admit card will open in a new window.
Step 5: Download and take a print of your admit card.
The aspirants must make sure that they are carrying a copy of their admit card and a photo identity proof to the exam venue. Those who fail to produce either of the two documents will not be permitted to sit for the exam.
Candidates must also make sure that all the details in their admit card such as name, roll number and other personal details are correctly mentioned. If there is any error, then they must inform the concerned authorities at the earliest. The hall ticket will also include details like, exam venue, exam time, reporting time among other things
