New Delhi: While senior Bharatiya Janata Party leaders are holding a series of meetings over portfolio distribution in the NDA government, BJP allies too are keeping up the pressure on PM designate Narendra Modi.
BJP allies Telugu Desam Party and Shiv Sena are likely to meet Modi later on Saturday.
Naidu, who is set to take oath as the first Chief Minister of Seemandhra, said "We will discuss our needs with him. After that we will discuss other things. The alliance is to ensure development. It is beyond posts and politics."
TDP, which defeated Congress and Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress, is hopeful of getting three ministries in the Modi Cabinet.
Naidu also confirmed his presence at Modi's swearing-in ceremony. "We have had a pre-poll alliance with the BJP. We have worked together during the election too, (and) will attend his oath taking ceremony," he said.
