46. Niwari is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Tikamgarh (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Niwari falls in Tikamgarh district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 1,79,036 voters in the seat, which includes 94,543 male voters, and 84,486 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Niwari recorded a voter turnout of 75.47%. In 2013 the turnout was 72.82%, and in 2008 it was 70.68%.
In 2013, Anil Jain of BJP won the seat by a margin of 27,209 votes (21.69%). Anil Jain secured 48.14% of the total votes polled.
