Dad Turns Kids’ Art Into Hilarious Photoshop Reality
The man takes the quirky doodles of kids from every corner of the globe and transforms them into a sidesplitting reality on the Instagram page, Things I Have Drawn.

As adults, we can turn kids’ chicken scratches into a Picasso with just a smile and some encouraging words. Because let’s be real, most kiddie drawings are like modern art interpretations gone wild. We stick these miniature masterpieces on the fridge, nodding appreciatively while secretly wondering if our child’s future lies in interpretive dance rather than fine arts. However, there’s a dad out there who’s taken our pretend enthusiasm to the next level.

Meet the Da Vinci of Doodles – Tom Curtis from the UK. This dad takes the quirky doodles of kids from every corner of the globe and transforms them into a sidesplitting reality on the Instagram page, Things I Have Drawn.

According to their website, “What started as a silly little project between dad, Tom, and his 6-year-old son, Dom, soon had Dom’s younger brother, Al, joining in the fun, and more recently has turned into something much much bigger, with parents sending their kid’s drawings in from all over the world.”

Let’s take a stroll through the gallery of recreated animal drawings:

The first one is a cow. Now this cow is not your average farmyard companion. It has a head that’s twisted at an impossible angle, nostrils that could house a small family and three teats defying anatomical norms.

Next is an aquatic animal. Is it a dolphin? A whale? A shark? Whatever it is, it wears an emoji face that’s more serial-killer-smile than marine mammal charm.

Now forget about a full-fledged chick; this creation boasts only a head of fur and two legs—because who needs a body when you can strut around with just a noggin and some legs?

Elephants of the world, we apologize in advance. This rendition features a trunk sprouting from the head, a leg emerging from the face and a visage consisting of two eyes and a smile plastered onto the body. Oh, and did we mention it has no feet?

Move over, cute and cuddly seals; this one means business with front teeth that are more human than aquatic.

Hold your horses – or, in this case, your alien horses. It’s a pint-sized cowboy companion with a head so elongated it could be auditioning for a role in an alien movie.

But here’s the thing – it’s the kind of creepy that has you snorting with laughter rather than checking under your bed at night.

What's your reaction?
