Remember Eshna Kutty, the girl who hula-hooped her way into our hearts, dancing to Genda Phool? She is back in the news with a bigger achievement. The artist has reached Paris extending her support to the athletes during the Olympics 2024. She even posted a reel on her Instagram handle dancing to a popular Indian song against the backdrop of the iconic Eiffel Tower.
Clad in a red saree paired with a blue blouse and yellow sports shoes, Kutty grooved to Prabhu Deva’s Mukkala Mukkabala song in the clip in collaboration with Olympic Khel. FYI: Olympic Khel is the official Indian account for the Olympic Games by the IOC. Showcasing her unique skill, she juggles the hula loop, spinning around like a pro.
Eshna Kutty, in her caption, wrote, “What a privilege to be in Paris with my hoops, supporting our athletes during the Paris 2024 Olympics!” She added, “I hope this saree flow gets you all pumped to go out and move, and make your own flow videos. Tag Olympic Khel with ‘LetsMoveIndia’ for a feature. If I had 5 hula hoops on me, I’d be a twirling Olympic logo, I know!”
Chitra Narayanan, the proud mother of Eshna Kutty, couldn’t stop herself from resharing the video on her X handle. Posting the clip, she said, “Countdown to Paris Olympics. It’s got my daughter Eshna Kutty into saree flow, supporting with her hoops. Go India.” In her post, she added several hashtags, including “LetsMoveIndia”.
Eshna Kutty gained popularity after a video of her dancing on Genda Phool was loved immensely. Even the Mahindra Group Chairman, Anand Mahindra tweeted about it.
