Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Adds Unveils New EV Retail Stores in Kochi, Deets Inside
The newly introduced premium retail stores are located in Edappally and Kalamassery. These stores will deal with only the company's battery-powered models.

In a move to enhance its network, and attract more audience towards the EVs, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility (TPEM) has opened up two new authorised showrooms in Kochi, Kerala.

As per the details shared by the brand, the newly introduced premium retail stores are located in Edappally and Kalamassery. These stores will deal with only the company’s battery-powered models. It will allow the customers to have a seamless experience while purchasing EVs.

New EV Stores Location

It has been reported that the decision to open new stores in Kochi has been taken after witnessing a growing demand in the EV segment. With the launch of the latest authorised store under Tata Motor’s leadership, the company aims to offer an enhanced experience to customers throughout their purchase journey.

Top USPs

As per the details shared by the company via official release, the newly opened TATA.ev store in Edappally is considered one of the biggest EV showrooms in the country. It is spread over 8,800 square feet area, where it features more than electric models from the brand. Apart from this, the store also offers a dedicated 60 kW DC fast charger, allowing the customers to enjoy benefits at the premises.

Reacting about the same, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles MD, Shailesh Chandra said, “As the leading market for electric mobility in the country with 5.6% EV penetration, the people of Kerala have led the way in adopting future-facing technologies, making it a clear choice for us to inaugurate our next set of premium Tata.ev stores in the state.”

In addition, he said,  “We will soon open a set of 5 exclusive EV service centres across key cities in Kerala. For us, creating an upscale purchase and ownership experience through Tata.ev stores and service centres is an important cog in India’s electric revolution. These are critical milestones as we move firmly towards the inflexion point for EV adoption in the country.”
