It seems like Akshay Kumar will not be able to attend the Ayodhya Ram Mandir inauguration. Akshay and Tiger Shroff came together to wish fans on the auspicious occasion of the Ram Mandir inauguration. The actors, who appeared to be on the sets of their film, expressed their joy over the temple’s opening. The Pran Pratishtha ceremony is to take place on Monday, January 22, in Ayodhya. Ahead of the grand ceremony, Akshay shared a video with Tiger and they shared their thoughts on the inauguration.
“Hum dono ki taraf se sabko, ‘Jai Shri Ram’. Today is a very, very big day for worshippers of Lord Ram. After several centuries of wait, Lord Ram is returning to his house in Ayodhya,” Akshay said. Tiger added, “We’ve heard so much about this since our childhood but to witness this today, it is a great deal. And we are waiting for that moment when we would light up the lamp and celebrate Shri Ram.”
Akshay shared the video with the caption, “Many best wishes to all of you on the auspicious day of Shri Ram’s death anniversary. Jai Shri Ram.”

Many Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Rajinikanth, Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut and more have landed in Ayodhya for the ceremony. Telugu superstars Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan have also reached the venue. Tamil superstar Rajinikanth also landed in Ayodhya over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar has been busy with his upcoming film, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The film stars Akshay and Tiger Shroff in the lead while Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen playing a pivotal role in the film.
