1,500 Flats Up for Sale in Ghaziabad: GDA Announces Major Housing Schemes, Check Details
On Wednesday, August 28, the GDA announced the sale of 1,500 flats across five schemes on a first-come, first-served basis.

Following suit with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has unveiled a major scheme offering 1,500 flats – a prime opportunity to invest before the anticipated rise in circle rates in Delhi-NCR. The GDA ramped up the sale of vacant flats through its various schemes, notably in the Bapu Dham Awasiya Yojana. On Wednesday, August 28, the GDA announced the sale of 1,500 flats across five schemes on a first-come, first-served basis. GDA officials will be present on-site to address all customer inquiries.

These flats will be sold through organised camps, with plans to sell the vacant flats across 5 to 7 schemes within a month. It is important to note that the circle rates for all properties in Ghaziabad are being recalculated under the chairmanship of Ghaziabad DM Indra Vikram Singh, who held a review meeting on Wednesday. Recently, the DDA had launched a scheme offering 39,573 flats across various housing schemes in Delhi.

With the Ghaziabad DM actively overseeing the rollout of new circle rates and holding high-level meetings, it’s expected that property transactions could shift to the updated rates before Diwali. The increase in Ghaziabad’s circle rates is anticipated post-September 15, making now an opportune moment to purchase land, houses, shops, or flats. Delaying could mean an additional cost of up to Rs 1.5 lakh.

In this scenario, you have a valuable chance to save up to Rs 1.5 lakh by taking advantage of the GDA’s current scheme. Act now to complete your registry at lower prices before the circle rates increase. To cater to this demand, the GDA is introducing new schemes nearly every week. The GDA has unveiled a new offering of 1,500 flats, including options for 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK units.

According to GDA Vice President Atul Vats, numerous allottees have complained that it is taking over a month to receive their flats. In response to these concerns, the GDA has decided to establish camps to address the issue. The GDA will be offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats, as well as mini MIG and LIG flats in Bapu Dham, along with one, two, and three BHK flats in the Indraprastha scheme, one and two BHK flats in the Koyal Enclave scheme, and EWS flats in Modi Nagar.
