Mumbai: The BSE Sensex ended with mild gains on Tuesday, reversing a two-day losing streak, on value buying in beaten down rate-sensitive shares, while the NSE index found support around its 200-day moving average.

India's benchmark BSE index provisionally rose 0.14 per cent, while the broader NSE index ended up 0.05 per cent.
