Truworth Wellness has introduced a new health membership product to provide primary and preventive care services to employees in the corporate sector.
The leading player in the corporate employee health and wellness benefits segment in a press release said that its health membership product, CarePass, is a modular and flexible solution designed to cater to the evolving needs of companies. It also aligns with the demands of both employers and insurance partners, Truworth Wellness said.
The comprehensive suite of primary and preventive services offered by CarePass includes doctor consultations, annual health checks, medical tests, pharmacy, dental and vision care, among others. Delivered through the award-winning web and mobile platform The Wellness Corner, CarePass empowers employees to take charge of their health and well-being conveniently and effectively.
The launch of CarePass comes at a time when the focus on employee well-being is increasing, with more companies expanding their well-being benefits under primary care. However, the challenge lies in the utilisation of these programs, as the offerings are often not tailored to individual needs.
CarePass provides a comprehensive health plan that caters to primary and preventive healthcare needs for employees. This integrated approach makes it easier for the HR department to manage costs while improving the overall health and well-being of the workforce. It also simplifies the experience for both employees and HR, enhancing the employee experience.
Rajesh Mundra, Founder, and Executive Chairman of Truworth Wellness, said, “For more than a decade, Truworth Wellness has empowered Indian employees and helped C-suite leaders revolutionize company culture by prioritising holistic employee wellbeing. CarePass, our newest innovation, represents a major step forward in our mission to provide accessible and effective preventive and primary care solutions.”
He mentioned that the latest launch will help more companies shift from a mere transactional approach to investing in their employees’ well-being. With a goal of achieving a 50% year-on-year growth and earning Rs 1,500 crore in gross revenues in the next 5 years, he said that they are dedicated to innovating and are positive that CarePass will revolutionize the Indian corporate wellness industry.
According to Rohit Chohan, Co-Founder, and CEO of Truworth Wellness, the world of corporate wellness is changing, and more and more employers are realizing the importance of investing in their employees’ health and welfare. CarePass offers a customised solution that caters to the unique requirements of both businesses and their workers, according to Chohan.
Truworth Wellness specialises in offering employee health benefits and wellness solutions to corporations. The company was founded in 2011 and has since become a leading service provider in the industry. The firm continues to lead the Corporate Workplace Wellness market with their comprehensive tech-enabled solutions and services for corporate employers and insurance companies.
