Bigg Boss Tamil 7: Actress Archana Ravichandran First Wildcard Contestant To Lift Trophy

Bigg Boss Tamil season 7 grand finale was aired on January 14. As per the voting, the host and the superstar, Kamal Haasan announced the winner of the show. VJ Archana Ravichandran emerged as the winner of the show after defeating Manichandran in the vote count. VJ Archana has created history after winning the show as no wildcard contestant has ever won the Bigg Boss Tamil show before. As the winner, the actress took home a cheque of Rs 50 lakh along with a plot worth Rs 15 lakh and a Maruti Nexa Grand Vistara. In the finale, the serial Raja Rani 2 fame actress competed against Maya Krishnan, Manichandra, Vishnu and Dinesh to lift the Bigg Boss Tamil season 7 trophy. VJ Archana entered the competition in the fourth week of the show as the wildcard contestant. After the YouTuber, Elvish Yadav, contestant Archana became the second contestant in the history of the Bigg Boss to win the show as a wildcard contestant. The fans of the actress are on cloud nine after her win.

The grand finale of Bigg Boss Tamil season 7 proved to be a glamorous and star-studded spectacle as numerous participants and celebrities performed on the stage. On this occasion, Kamal Haasan also dropped major updates about his 237th movie. He introduced the action choreographer duo Anbu-Arrivu as the director for his 237th movie. While talking about her win, the actress said that she initially planned to stay on the show for two weeks as she was the wildcard contestant. She prolonged her to stay and survived in the house by enjoying one day at a time, the actress added in her winning speech “Since school days and college days, I never had anyone around. But after this show, when I look back, I see so many people. I never dreamt of this.“ says Archana after lifting the Bigg Boss Trophy.

She further thanked her family for the support and superstar Kamal Haasan for mentorship. The actress also thanked her fellow contestant for motivating and pushing her at every instant during the show. “Thank you everybody. I am speechless,” said Archana while concluding her winning speech after lifting the trophy. Contestant Maya became the second runner-up of the show.
