On Monday, India’s star wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv Jurel had joined the Rajasthan Royals camp for IPL 2024. He recently made his international debut in the five-match Test series against the Ben Stokes-led side, in which he scored 190 runs after playing in three matches and four innings. Just three days are left for the IPL to begin and the Sanju Samson-led side will aim to improve their performance after failing to qualify for the playoffs last year.
For the new season, the franchise also revealed the ‘Pink Promise’ jersey, which they will be donning in their group stage match against RCB on April 6. The bandhani pattern on the jersey shows the art of tie-dying, which is also a traditional attire for Rajasthani women.
