The cop was in attendance during India’s third T20I fixture against Afghanistan at the Holkar Stadium on January 14. He had once met the captain during the team’s last visit to the city but was unable to get Rohit’s autograph. The Indian captain, however, had not forgotten the moment as he made a special effort to send a signed note to the traffic cop. Ranjeet even uploaded a picture of the autograph on Instagram while highlighting Rohit’s humility and compassion.
