The due date of Agniveer Recruitment 2024 under the Indian Army is around the corner. The administration began to accept applications on February 13 and is soon to close the window on March 22. Vacancy

As per the Agniveer Recruitment notification, the department will be recruiting eligible candidates for different posts, including Agniveer General Duty (GD); Agniveer Technical; Agniveer Office Assistant/ Store Keeper Technical; and Aginiveer Tradesman.

Eligibility

As per the official notification, the educational qualifications for different positions vary. For Agniveer General Duty, the candidates are required to have passed Class 10 with at least 45 per cent marks. For the Technical post, the candidates have to be Class 12th passed with at least 50 percent marks in physics, chemistry, maths, and English.

For the post of Clerk and shopkeeper technical, the applicants should be Class 12th passed with at least 60 percent marks in any stream.

To be hired under the Agniveer Recruitment drive, the applicant’s height should be measured at 169 cm for the GD, Technical, and Tradesman posts. For the assistant and storykeeper technical post, the applicant needs 162 cm of height.

For applying for any of the positions, the candidates’ minimum age should be 17 and a half, while the maximum age limit to apply is 21 years.

As per the notification, the application fee for Agniveer Recruitment is Rs 250. The payment can be done through online mode.

    Selection Process

    During the selection process under the Agniveer Recruitment drive, there will be two phases. In Phase 1, there will be an online written examination of the candidates. Following the same, Phase 2 will consist of physical and medical tests.

    Apart from that, this year the selection process of Agniveer Bharti will also be testing the candidates for the typing, especially for the position of Agniveer Office Assistant/Store Keeper Technical in the Army.
