The Bihar Board 10th exams were conducted between February 15 and 23, 2024, with over 16 lakh students participating. Nonetheless, the Bihar Board chief expressed confidence in this year’s matriculation result, citing improvements observed in the 12th result as well.
IAS Anand Kishore, the Chairman of BSEB, outlined four key factors contributing to the enhanced Bihar Board Result 2024. Firstly, monthly tests were introduced in all schools since August 2023, providing students with consistent evaluation and feedback. Secondly, students received copies of these monthly tests, enabling them to identify and rectify their mistakes, thus improving performance.
Additionally, special one-hour classes were conducted in the evenings for students requiring extra support, aiming to bolster weaker areas of study. Lastly, an increase in the number of teachers across schools enhanced the quality of education, contributing to overall academic advancement.
Reflecting on the progress, it’s evident that Bihar Board Matric Results have shown improvement over the past five years. The pass percentages from 2019 to 2023 demonstrate a positive trend, indicating the effectiveness of recent initiatives in elevating educational standards.
