NEET UG 2024 Registration Process Ends Today: Steps to Apply
NEET UG 2024: Candidates who are yet to complete the registration process are advised to go to the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET, to complete the registration procedure

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will end the registration window for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2024 today, March 9, at 9 pm. Students can, however, pay their fees by credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI till 11:50 pm. Candidates who are yet to complete the registration process are advised to go to the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET, to complete the registration procedure.

Candidates must register for the NEET 2024 by submitting their mobile number and email address. All pertinent communications and information will only be sent via SMS to registered mobile numbers and email addresses by the NTA. The NTA will conduct the NEET 2024 on May 5.

Candidates are urged to fill out only one application form. Students will be able to download documents such as admit cards, confirmation pages, scorecards, and others via UMANG and DigiLocker. No requests to alter the kind of question paper, exam location, date, or time listed on the admission card will ever be taken into consideration.

The NEET (UG) 2024 application procedure is entirely conducted online, including the uploading of scanned photos and documents, fee payment, and confirmation page printing.

How to Apply for NEET UG 2024?

Step 1: Visit the NTA NEET official website, neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Go to the homepage and click on the registration link for NEET UG 2024.

Step 3: Fill out the registration form and register yourself.

Step 4: Once completed, log into your account.

Step 5: Fill out the application and pay the fees.

Step 6: Download the page after clicking the submit button.

Step 7: Save the details for future reference.

NEET UG 2024: Application fees

The application fee for NEET UG is Rs 1700 for applicants belonging to the General/NRI category. The application fee for individuals in the General-EWS/OBC-NCL category is Rs 1600. Candidates from the SC, ST, PwBD, or third gender are required to pay Rs 1000.

The NEET 2024 exam will be divided into four disciplines, each with two portions. Section A will comprise 35 questions and Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions from Section B, applicants may choose to answer any 10. Therefore, the overall count of questions and time spent will not change.
