The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will begin accepting registrations for the NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) 2024 today, August 1. NMAT GMAC 2024 applications will be accepted via the official websites, nmat.nmims.edu and mba.com/exams/nmat. The deadline to apply for the test is October 10. This year’s admission test will take place between November 5 and December 20.
The NMAT 2024 exam will be administered in a computer-based examination (CBT) format, including objective-type questions. The test will consist of 108 questions, which applicants must complete within 120 minutes.
Candidates will receive three marks for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect or unattempted questions.
Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 50% marks and are in their last year of graduation are allowed to apply. In order to submit an application for NMAT 2024, candidates must pay Rs 2,800 (plus relevant taxes) as the application cost or retake fee. Candidates may also arrange their test within the registration period.
NMAT GMAC 2024: How to apply?
Step 1: Go to GMAC’s official NMAT website, mba.com/exams/nmat.
Step 2: Set up an account by clicking the “Register” or “Create Account” button.
Step 3: Log in with your newly established account and fill out the relevant information.
Step 4: Next, choose your chosen test centres from the list of cities.
Step 5: Enter your educational background, grades, and any other pertinent academic information.
Step 6: Upload a current passport-size picture and signature in the format provided.
Step 7: Check the information that has been entered and make any required edits before submitting the application.
Step 8: Pay the NMAT registration cost using the available payment methods.
Step 9: Print off the NMAT registration payment confirmation page for future reference.
Students will receive a preview of their result immediately after finishing the exam, and within 48 hours, applicants and schools will be able to check their actual score card. Students will also have two chances to repeat the test in order to improve their scores.
Several institutes have announced they will accept the NMAT by GMAC score for admission into their programmes. These include S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (Global Management Programme), T.A. Pai Management Institute (all MBA programmes), Flame University (MBA and MBA in Communication Management), and Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (MBA).
