The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has released the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2024 provisional seat allotment result for round 2 today, August 15. Candidates who applied for the second round of counselling can check their results through the official website at tneaonline.org.
Those who have been selected in the list can either accept and choose upward movement, or decline and opt out of the counselling session. Those who accept seats must download the allocation letter, report to their designated institutes, complete the admissions process, and pay the applicable costs by August 20. The application cost must be paid by the candidates to reserve their seats.
TNEA Counselling 2024 Provisional Round 2 Allotment Result: Steps to Check

Step 2. On the home page, click the link for ‘TNEA Counselling 2024 Tentative Allotment Result For Round 2.’
Step 3. Enter your login credentials.
Step 4. The seat allocation list will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5. Download and save the page.
Step 6. Take a print out for future reference.
Admissions to government and government-aided engineering institutions, as well as university departments and constituent colleges of Anna University and Annamalai University, are facilitated by TNEA 2024.
Those who scored between 178.9 and 142 will be eligible to participate in the second round of counselling. Those who scored between 141.99 and 77 on the exam will next be able to participate in round 3 counselling which will be held between August 23 to 28. The TNEA 2024 round 3 counselling provisional allotment results will be released on September first week. The supplementary counselling will take place from September 6 to 8, 2024, subsequently followed by the SCA to SC counselling on September 10 and 11.
