Television actor Sai Ketan Rao has finally entered the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house. The actor was last seen in Imlie in which his chemistry with Shivangi Khedkar was widely loved by the audience. The two often used to drop adorable pictures online following which their dating rumours also made headlines. However, when News18 Showsha exclusively spoke to Sai ahead of his Bigg Boss OTT 3 entry, he dismissed their relationship rumours. “It is still rumours. Rumours hi hai," Sai told us.
An insider told us that Shivangi might be approached for Bigg Boss OTT 3 as a wild card contestant in the coming days. The source claimed that the makers are planning to develop a love story inside the show and Sai might be seen proposing to Shivangi. However, when we quizzed the actor about the same, he told us that there was no truth to it. “If she is actually entering the house, it will be a wonderful thing. I would love to see her back on camera with me," he added.
Sai Ketan Rao revealed that even he wasn’t sure when he was approached for Bigg Boss OTT 3. “At first, I said, ‘no’. Then I gave a second thought about it. I discussed it with my family and friends. Then I thought, let’s give it a try, let’s experiment with it. Of course, there will be different situations. It will be new for me," he said.
However, the 29-year-old actor shared that is he “excited" yet “nervous" about his Bigg Boss journey now. “I am nervous yet happy because I am going to this wonderful platform. It has many followers. Bigg Boss has a huge audience. I want to target this audience of reality shows now. I want to know them. I want them to know me, my name, my talent. People know me by my character’s name. Now, I want people to know my name," he said.
Unlike the last season, Bigg Boss OTT 3 is being hosted by Anil Kapoor. Sai opened up about Kapoor replacing Salman Khan as the host and told us, “I am happy that Anil Kapoor sir is hosting the show this time. Of course, I felt a little when I got to know Salman sir wouldn’t be there. I wanted a photo with him. I wanted to see him in person. It isn’t happening as of now. Even ANil sir is one of my favourite actors. I have watched his movies. His comic timing is also very good. He is sarcastic. He will be a fantastic host, I think. He is an interesting person."
