London: A second-half double from Alexis Sanchez and a first goal for Calum Chambers handed Arsenal a 3-0 victory over Burnley on Saturday in the Premier League.

Burnley frustrated Arsenal for much of the game but Sanchez broke the deadlock on 70 minutes, heading Chambers' cross beyond goalkeeper Tom Heaton.

Chambers then scored his first Arsenal goal two minutes later from close range before Sanchez weaved through the Burnley defense to score his second in the last minute of the match.

Theo Walcott came on after 80 minutes to make his first appearance for Arsenal after a nine-month absence with a torn knee ligament. He could have scored with a fierce shot from a tight angle but Heaton managed to turn the ball over the cross.

In another match, Esteban Cambiasso's own goal gave West Bromwich Albion a 1-0 victory at struggling Leicester and extended the Foxes' winless run in the Premier League to five matches.

The hosts were the better side for large spells of the match but it was Cambiasso's unfortunate touch off Wes Morgan's header in the 47th minute that decided the outcome.

The Baggies have now lost only once in six league matches while Leicester have picked up just one point from five fixtures that included Swansea, Newcastle, Burnley and Crystal Palace.

With 10 games played, West Brom have 13 points - four more than Leicester.

Swansea hung on with 10 men for the last 20 minutes to earn a 0-0 draw at Everton.

Jonjo Shelvey was sent off with a second booking after blocking the path of James McCarthy in the 72nd minute, but the hosts couldn't make the most of their numerical advantage as Swansea sat back to defend.

Everton did create late pressure but Steven Pienaar had a shot deflected wide and substitute Romelu Lukaku failed to connect with a cross in stoppage-time.

Before the sending off, the game was largely a timid affair with Swansea perhaps squandering the best chance when Wilfried Bony shot wide early on.

Everton did have some clear-cut chances but Lukasz Fabianksi did not have to make a significant save.

Swansea are sixth on 15 points, two points ahead of Everton.
