West Bromwich: Second-half goals by Shane Long and Gareth McAuley earned West Bromwich Albion a 2-0 win over Everton that maintained the team's unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
Long converted from close range in the 65th minute and McAuley's header sealed victory eight minutes from time, condemning Everton to a first loss of the campaign after the visitors' previous wins over Manchester United and Aston Villa.
Long also headed a great chance against the bar for West Brom, which has seven points from three games to leave the team two points behind early leader Chelsea under new manager Steve Clarke.
Marouane Fellaini came closest for Everton but David Moyes' side was well beaten at the Hawthorns, denying them the chance of going level on points with Chelsea.
