Johannesburg: Spain will go in as favourites in the semi-final against the USA in the Confederations Cup on Wednesday night at in Bloemfontein.
The match though looks like an epic mismatch on paper.
Spain are the No.1 team in the world at the moment and the reigning European champions haven't been beaten in their last 35 matches including their last 15 international games.
They have also beaten the USA in all of their three previous matches.
USA will have to play out of their skins if they intend to upset Spain and will be hoping to find some inspiration from their performance against Egypt in their Group B game.
The Americans beat Egypt 3-0 on Sunday.
In the second semi-final five-time world champions Brazil will face hosts South Africa in Johannesburg on Thursday.
Brazil come into this game after their 3-0 win against Italy.
Though, it will be difficult for South Africa to beat Brazil, playing against the Samba boys will surely help them get ready ahead of the World Cup next year.
South African fans are hoping that their football team will be able to learn a lot from playing Brazil.
"I think the guys are excellent and as South Africa we are going to learn a lot from them. We really learnt a lot from them especially Brazil," said a fan.
"Well I hope that Bafana Bafana will have to make their position very well, and they will have to study they've seen here today, and we wish them good luck," another fans said.
