Create and design unique superheroes and villains first. Don't copy Spider-Man or any other superheros because this isn't very original and if you do happen to strike it really lucky and make a film good enough for the independent film market, you will want something very original to capture peoples' imagination. The marketplace is flooded with superheroes and speculative screenplays with superheroes. So it is better not to develop superhero characters. Despite that, if you want to write a superhero script, look at myth and legend and the history of the superhero, not just in comic books but also in movies and TV. Think what is missing from this picture. People may be interested in the superhero if it has something they have never seen before. Think of something original.

Plan the trilogy carefully. On a piece of paper or computer, put together a plan of your trilogy ideas: Start with the first movie.
