This wikiHow teaches you how to find movies in Kodi by adding a movie repository to the Android app.
Steps

Open Kodi on your Android. It’s the diamond icon with 4 blue shapes inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

Tap Add-ons. It’s at the center of the left column.

Tap the open box icon. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.

Tap Install from repository.

Tap Kodi Add-on repository.

Tap Information providers. A list of provider types will appear.

Tap Movie information. A list of movie databases will appear.

Tap The Movie Database. You may have to scroll down to find it.

Tap INSTALL. It’s at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Some versions of Kodi have The Movie Database pre-installed.

Return to the Kodi home screen and tap the Search icon. It’s the magnifying glass near the top of the screen.

Select Search TheMovieDB. If a pop-up message appears asking you to install a script, tap YES.

Type a movie name into the box.

Tap OK. A list of movies that match your search will appear.
