39 kids discharged from Niloufer Hospital

HYDERABAD: The 39 children aged between two and seven years who were admitted to Niloufer Hospital on Sunday were discharged on Monday at 2 p.m.
Niloufer Hospital superintendent Dr D Raghunath said, "All the children are fine as we have given them proper treatment. We have also given them medicines to use for the coming week and discharged them."He said the samples of the idlis, blood, vomit and stools of the children have been sent to the forensic lab and the Institute of Preventive Medicine for further tests. The exact reason for the incident will be known when after four days. The children were admitted to Niloufer Hospital on Sunday when they developed epileptic episodes (fits) after consuming idlis from a street womanvendor.
