Alcoholic father kills infant

SANGAREDDY: Dasarath, belonging to Namya thanda in Somakka village panchayat limits in Koudipalli mandal, killed his four-month-old baby by hitting her to the floor. According to the police, Dasarath, an alcoholic, is used to harassing his wife for money for buying liquor. In the same manner, he came home drunk on Thursday afternoon and had a quarrel with her.In a fit of rage, he took the four-month-old baby from the arms of his wife and hit her to floor. Soon their relatives tried to take the severely injured baby to Narsapur Government Hospital but she died on the way.  Dasarath is absconding. Narsapur police registered a case.
