Amitabh Bachchan back in form
Amitabh Bachchan back in form
The ageing superstar shows just why he's called the Big B.

Years ago when Amitabh Bachchan was at his peak, the Angry Young Man would dub his films as early as six in the morning. Veterans in the industry will tell you how after the dubbing, Amitabh would leave for his 9 am shift.

The hectic schedule he practiced for the longest time in his career came to a grinding halt after his hospitalisation.

But if sources are to be believed, Big B has got back into the habit of visiting recording studios early in the morning and then resuming his shoots for the day.

We are told that Amitabh Bachchan reports to BR Studios as early as seven in the morning and dubs for about an hour and a half for Aladin. The film has reportedly suffered quite a bit because of Bachchan's illness. And it seems the star does not want the makers to postpone the release any further.

"Amitabh Bachchan was the only star whose dubbing is yet to be completed," a source tells us. "So Big B is ensuring that Sujoy Ghosh does not have to face any more delays because of him. He wants to complete the recording and immediately leave for IIFA."

One of the most anticipated films, Sujoy Ghosh's Aladin also stars Sanjay Dutt, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandes and Sahil Khan.
