Nagpur-based M/s Jayaswal Neco Industries and some unknown public servants have been booked by the CBI.
New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday filed its 20th FIR in the coal scam. The case was registered against a Nagpur-based company, M/s Jayaswal Neco Industries. Sources said that the unknown public servants have also been booked.
The case has been filed under criminal conspiracy, cheating and sections of Prevention of Corruption Act.
Searches are being conducted at four places in Raipur, Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) and Nagpur.
