Delhi Police MTS Recruitment 2017 notification has been released by the Delhi Police inviting applications to fill 707 vacancies for the posts of Multi Tasking Staff (Civilian) Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in various trades in accordance to MTS Recruitment Rules 2017.
The recruitment aims to recruit candidates for the post of Cook (253), Water Carrier (54), Safai Karamchari (237), Mochi (Cobbler) (14), Dhobi (Washerman) (68), Tailor (16), Daftri (3), Mali (Gardener) (16), Barber (39) and Carpenter (7).
Male and female candidates can apply for these posts on the official website of Delhi Police - delhipolice.nic.in on or before 16th January 2018, 5PM by following the instructions given below:

Educational Qualification:
The applicant must be a Marticulate – Class 10th Passed or equivalent or ITI certificate holder in the trade applied for, from any government recognized Board or Institution. Candidates must read the official advertisement to understand the eligibility criteria and apply only if they fulfill the same.

Age Limit:
The applicants must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation rules are applicable.
Selection Process
The selection process includes a written test, trade tests and medical examination of the candidates. The dates of written test will be declared shortly and schedule for trade tests will be declared after the declaration of result of the written test.
Written Test Exam Pattern:
The written test will comprise of 100 Multiple Choice Questions in Hindi and English carrying 1 mark each. These questions will be based on subjects of Matriculation level divided into three parts viz:
Part A - General Intelligence and Reasoning - 25 marks
Part B - Numerical Aptitude - 25 marks
Part C - General Awareness/Current Affairs - 50 marks
Trade Test
The Trade Test will be of 20 Marks and candidates who secure 10 marks or above will be considered qualified for next level.
