Engineering ranklist to be published on Sunday

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The ranklist of engineering entrance examination will be published on July 10. The results will be available at the website ceekerala.org from 5 p.m. The admission to engineering courses will be based on this ranklist which is prepared by giving equal weightage to marks of Plus II and scores obtained in the engineering entrance examination.The scoresheet of engineering entrance examination was published earlier along with medical entrance results. The delay in publishing the ranklist had occurred owing to the enormous number of students. Students from Kerala and outside coming under nearly 30 educational boards had appeared for the entrance exam. The final scores had to be normalised according to the pattern of CBSE since the mode of equating mean and mean deviation in other boards could not be obtained by the state.
