New Delhi: Katie Holmes thinks she can dance, no wonder then Mrs Cruise gave a saucy performance on the 100th episode of American talent show, So You Think You Can Dance. Robert Downey Jr and other stars talk about their big projects at the 40th annual Comic Con Convention.
COMIC-CON
From Robert Downey Jr to Megan Fox, from Cameron Diaz to Scarlett Johansson, Hollywood's favourites came together over the weekend for the 40th annual Comic Con in San Diego a convention focussing on comic art, films and science fiction. Denzel Washington was there to promote his action adventure film, The Book of Eli and Robert Downey Jr spoke about his forthcoming films Iron Man-II and Sherlock Holmes.
"You know, it's not every day that someone turns into a multi-billionaire weapons manufacturer or the primary consulting detective in London. They are really quite different. And that's part of the thing that was so attractive to me about doing Sherlock Holmes after Iron Man," said Robert Downey Jr.
Meanwhile, it was a first for Downey's Iron Man II co-star, Scarlett Johansson.
"Well I've never played any thing like this before. I mean I have certainly never been a part of a superhero movie. I've definitely done comic book movies before, but this is something completely different," she said.
And it is a step up for Transformers star Megan Foxx who's all set to work with Josh Brolin and John Malkovich in Jonah Hex that focuses on voodoo. But we hear that it's one violent film.
"Granted, it is kind of violent, but to get to work with someone like (Josh) Brolin, or (John) Malkovich or (Michael) Fassbender is an unbelievable blessing and I don't know how it happened," says Megan Fox.
And that's not all. Stars of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Andy Shamberg and Anna Faris too talked about their film, which is a 3-D adaptation of a children's book. The animation is the story of a small town and what happens there when food starts falling from the sky. This one sounds like a treat!
KATIE HOLMES CAN DANCE
Mrs Tom Cruise can dance and she wants you to know it. Katie Holmes paid a rather saucy tribute to Judy Garland on the 100th episode of popular American talent show So You Think You Can Dance.
Katie, who is not a professional dancer, vowed the audiences as she performed Garland's classic hit Get Happy, dressed in a sexy black outfit, heels and a hat.
