Five killed in Mumbai wall collapse

MAHABOOBNAGAR: Five persons hailing from Mahaboobnagar district died and 10 others were injured in a wall collapse at a construction site in Mumbai on Thursday. The deceased were identified as M Govindu (25), Raju (20), M Naresh (20), Chennappa (27) and Machappa (33) who belonged to Kernapally and Chanthapally villages of Narayanapeta mandal in the district. The condition of five of the injuredis said to be critical.
District officials are making efforts to bring back the bodies to their native place and hand them over to their bereaved families.
