Govt submits file to HC on Kakrus appointment

HYDERABAD: The state government on Tuesday submitted the file in a sealed cover to the High Court relating to appointment of former High Court chief justice Nisar Ahmad Kakru as chairman of the State Human Rights Commission. Earlier, the court had, while dealing with a plea by High Court advocate S Satyam Reddy challenging the appointment of justice Kakru as SHRC chairman, asked the state government to submit the file to it for its perusal.
