Husband, in-laws kill 25-year-old woman over dowry

A 25-year-old married woman was allegedly killed by her husband and in-laws for dowry in Indira Nagar Village in Barabanki, police said on Sunday.

Priyanka was found hanging from ceiling yesterday, they said, adding a case was registered by the victim's father against her husband Keshav, father-in-law Chhotelal, brother-in-law Vijay and three others. Police were trying to nab the absconding accused and probe was on in the matter, they said.
