Mumbai: Even as rumor mills are abuzz with the growing proximity between Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar and Amy Jackson, he says, though she is very hard to be pleased, they are very close and comfortable with each other.
Ever since Prateik and Amy started shooting for Gautham Menon's romantic film, 'Ekk Deewana Tha', which releases on February 17, gossip mongers have been chirping about the couple dating each other.
Commenting on the talks about him dating Amy, Prateik said, "She is a very hard girl to please...to be honest."
Prateik has been spotted with Amy arm-in-arm at various award ceremonies and events.
"When you have to shoot something like this (romantic film) then you have no choice but to have a chemistry. We are extremely close, we support each other's career, we back and help each other. There is obviously chemistry, but we worked on it and I hope people appreciate it. We are close and comfortable with each other," he said.
As he has been often spotted in Amy's building, there were reports that Prateik has moved in with Amy and lives with her in her Bandra home.
"I feel good about it. She is beautiful...isn't she. If speculation about me moving with her goes, then I am happy about it. But no, we haven't," Prateik said.
British model-turned-actress Amy Jackson, has described the latter as someone who is "very close" and "special" to her.
"Prateik and me are very very close. I must say Prateik is very special to me. We shot for our movie for five months and obviously we shared good chemistry since it s a romantic movie," she said.
"I believe I can become an actor on my own. And I don't need any rumours to help me do that," the 24-year-old maintained.
But would she consider dating Prateik? The Bollywood newbie said "Most girls would be happy dating him."
