IOCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2017 Application Process Begins Today, Apply Before Dec 10

IOCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2017 Application Process to fill 381 vacancies at the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division, and Eastern region will begin today on its official website – iocl.com.

Candidates interested in undergoing Apprenticeship at IOCL Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal must apply for the same before 10th December 2017. This engagement of trade and technician apprentices is scheduled for a period of 12 months under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Monthly Stipend

As per the official notification, "Consolidated stipend payable will be as per Apprenticeship Rules with an additional amount of Rs 2500.00 Consolidated stipend is subject to the periodic revision in Minimum Wages as applicable to particular operating location."

Age-Limit

The applicants must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 24 years and the cut-off date for the same is 1st December 2017. Age Relaxation rules apply and candidates can check the same on the official notification.

Selection Process

Selection process for selection of Apprentices will be based on a Written Test (85% weightage) and Personal Interview (15% weightage).Candidates who will qualify the written test will be eligible for the interview and candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list prepared by considering aggregate marks in both stages.
