Pakistan Rangers used automatic weapons to target Karole Krishna border outpost of the BSF in Hiranagar sector of the international border in Kathua district.

Jammu: Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing on the Border Security Force (BSF) outpost in Hiranagar sector of the international border in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district on Wednesday.

A senior police officer said, "Pakistan Rangers used small arms and automatic weapons to target Karole Krishna border outpost of the BSF in Hiranagar sector of the international border in Kathua district on Wednesday."

"Pakistan firing started around 6.30 pm on Wednesday. BSF has effectively retaliated to Pakistan firing," he added.
