The court also barred the minister from moving out of the state without the investigators' permission.
Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Wednesday has directed ex-health minister Shabir Ahmad Khan, who is charged with molestation of a lady doctor to present himself before the police.
But the court gave him some relief by saying that he can secure bail on his arrest after furnishing a bond. The court also barred him from moving out of the state without the investigators' permission.
The court was hearing a bail plea moved by the minister, who has been evading arrest since last six days and will hear the case again on February 18.
