THIRUVANANATHAPURAM: The retired employees of the Kerala State Financial Enterprises (KSFE) have submitted petitions demanding the implementation of KSFE pension regulations to be considered at the Chief Minister’s adalat to be held in Kollam on Friday.  In a statement here on Thursday, KSFE Retired Personnel Forum said that the KSFE was not considered by the various governments when KSR pension benefits at the expense of the respective organisations were implemented in KSEB, KSRTC and KSHB. In 1994, the then Finance Minister Oommen Chandy had initiated steps to implement KSFE Pension Regulation. The then KSFE director board had approved the pension regulation and assigned the managing director to make corrections in consultation with the employees. But, even after 17 years, the pension regulation is yet to materialise. The KSFE retired employees are expecting a favourable response from the Chief Minister in this regard, the statement said.
