KSRTC told to pay relief to victim

BANGALORE: The High Court on Friday set aside the lower court order and directed the Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) to pay the compensation to the victim who died in an accident.A High Court bench comprising Justice N Kumar, hearing the appeal filed by the North East  Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NEKRTC), stated that due to the negligence of the driver the accident had occurred, driver and conductor responsible for this act. The directed the North East  Karnataka Road Transport Corporation  to pay the compensation to the victim family.
